These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of billie.loans (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Billie Loans Pty Ltd ACN 679 740 973 ("Billie", "we", "our").
By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE THAT IMPACTS YOUR RIGHTS ABOUT HOW TO RESOLVE DISPUTES. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.
1. Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Billie Loans Pty Ltd and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

4. Sale of Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of services available on our Site.
The following services are available on our Site:
- Billiepay pay advance: Short-term pay advance as described in Billie's Target Market Determination.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the services displayed on our Site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk.
5. Referral Arrangements
Billie does not currently have referral arrangements in place with third parties. However, Billie may establish referral arrangements in the future. Any such arrangements will comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and will be disclosed appropriately within these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy.
6. Payments and Payment Processing
Billie does not currently utilise third-party payment processors. However, Billie may use such services in the future to facilitate payments. If payment processors are introduced, this section will be updated to reflect their role and the terms applicable to payment processing. All payment-related activities will comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
7. Privacy and Data Management
We are committed to protecting your privacy and managing your personal information responsibly. For details on how we collect, use, and manage your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
This includes:
- How consumer data is collected, stored, and shared;
- Information on data aggregation services, if applicable.
Your use of our Site acknowledges that we may collect, use and disclose information (including personal information, where applicable) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Consumer Protection Law
Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

Billie Loans Pty Ltd and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, from your use of the Site.
10. Dispute Resolution
Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR)
If you have a complaint, please contact us directly. We will do our best to resolve your issue promptly and fairly. Submit your complaint via:

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within one business day and aim to resolve it within 30 calendar days per our IDR policy.
Other Legal Rights
Nothing in this Dispute Resolution section limits your rights to bring an action in a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time to maintain compliance with the law or reflect changes to the way we operate our Site and services. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on the Site.
